Grand Prix Legends Hotlap Competition

Idea conceived by Cheeveer, probably best for us to use wheels and the 1967 cars.

Any suggestions for circuits? Maybe we should go for a "Best of 3" or a "Best of 5".

I nominate Crystal Palace as one of the circuits.

Shall we all use the same car just to be fair?

Might I recommend using only original circuits. Then again, it doesn't really matter. I just wanted to make it more realistic. Oh, and are we using wheels or keys or does it matter? And for the one make of car, I reccomend the Brabham.

We could just nominate a circuit each. Please take one that is from "the era", so no Tilkedrome that is supposed to host a "Historical meeting". But how many tracks?

Brabham sounds like a healthy choice.

I say either 3 or 5 circuits.

3 tracks will be to few, 5 sounds reasonable.

I'd say yes to the Nurburgring, but it's such a long track, that if we add all 5 times together, that one is going to decide it.

I don't particularly want to drive at Monaco.

No thanks to Goodwood. Montjuich, yes please.

I would also like to nominate Lakeside, Vallelunga (vallunga) and Jyllandsringen '67 (jyllan67).

How is the vision on the night tracks? I've never tested any of them.

There are too many good tracks for GPL :sorrow:
I would rather see Mexico City than Mosport or Silverstone.
