Apparently Red Bull with their upgrades this weekend have an even more complex diffuser.... plus the floor is 'different' now. Maybe a few of the vanes are slightly different but cant imagine it to be markedly much different. Its already a work of art compared to the low budget Williams version.

The floor most likley has several variations for different styles of track. High speed corners (Spain)? Type 1 Low speed tight corners (Monaco)? Type 2 Long straights with 90 degree bends (Baku)? Type 3. Etc...

So of course it's different. In fact I wonder how many variations they currently have in the bank?

One thing to point out is that we are looking at the Williams floor from the back. Here all of them are simple. The interesting bits are the vanes up front and the steps at the rear end of the center section. Not saying RB's and Wiliams' are the same but, just keep in mind what way you are looking at in the pictures.
