Bottom post of the previous page:

Damn.

I was travelling and competely forgot about F1. I have no access to Sky this weekend and on Sunday I’m going to be at a rooftop party so there’s no chance I’m going to be able to watch it - straight or otherwise!

They are really fast, much faster than I thought.

Bloody heck. That threw us all. Apart from @Michael Ferner. Again! Good guess gets him continuing his run of first or last results :haha:

Well done Michael. :thumbsup: Not bad for someone that hates modern F1. :rofl:

Thanks, but really that was just an inspired edit! I read something about a repaved track, and remembered how awful the track surface was last year, so I immediately lopped off a second from my initial guess, and then after some further deliberation, I took off another second. Worked out just right! :twothumbs:

This weeks winner is indeed the "Master of the Miami Twice™ GP", @Michael Ferner with a guess 0.149 seconds away from the Red Flag session, Sergio Perez pole time of 1:26.841. Wow! Just wow! What a great guess it was Michael! In this season of everyone being within thousands of a second, the gap to 2nd place was over 4 tenths!

The full results:

Image

===============================================================================
In the Accuracy Championship, Michael Ferner takes over the top spot with his dominant win today. Vassago takes over 2nd place today with everyone else's huge gaps.

Image

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the Points Championship, this is the 3rd win for Michael Ferner and he extends his lead over Vassago.

This was a long week for me (busy, busy, busy) and I missed my chance to update my time in addition to getting these results late. At least I had a chance to watch the Q session and the race today.
Look for the new thread next week as the GP at Imola is in 2 weeks!!!

I've clawed my way back from there in just the one race, so I am sure you could too :mrgreen:

I didn't bother checking whether the track had been modified since last year otherwise I might have got a little closer.
