I have moved the forum to a new URL in the hope of resolving any logging in/logging out issues and also to upgrade the PHP version to the latest (which is incompatible with the CPDB).

I hope you guys had no trouble getting here.

OK. Thanks @PTRACER Sent you an email when I couldnt log in earlier on Chrome via my Macbook Pro laptop.

Obviously I got in now cos im posting, but can only access the forum via Firefox on my Windows PC. If I try on Chrome it tells me "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again" Still no joy . The new URL makes no difference. (I think Chrome picked the new URL up automatically so I guess it has an auto redirect on it. )
Tried deleting cookies no difference,

Still cant access with either Chrome or Firefox on my laptop Even using the new URL

I will restart the laptop and try again in 10 minutes or so.

Sorry, must have misread it. I can't get in on Firefox at all at the moment, only Edge.

Well at least I can login if only on Firefox on my PC. I'll go downstairs and try the laptop see if that works on either Chrome or Firefox yet. I will update in a few minutes.

@PTRACERAn update on my situation.... I can still only login to the forum on my Windows PC via Firefox. Chrome, my usual browwser wont allow me to log in. I get "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again". I have tried the cookie thing but no different.

On my (Apple) laptop which I normally use for forum stuff wont allow me in on either Firefox or Chrome. I just get the same message.

Unless anyone has any ideas it is unlikely I will be around the forum at GP time..... My PC is upstairs and I only have a small (non Smart) TV in my office. The Ultra HD TV I watch the GPs on is downstairs, away from the PC with forum access. :sorrow:

My only option is to not be around here at GP time unless someone has any bright ideas.
I would have to take my PC. Monitor and all the bits downstairs and set it up there to get TV coverage and forum access..... and then bring it all back upstairs afterwards.

Im sure you can all cope without me, but I will miss the banter and chat we have. Shit happens I guess.

If anyone has any other ideas leave a message here. :sorrow: :tearful:

In the meantime I will keep trying the laptop downstairs to see if it suddenly changes its mind and lets me login.

Yay I got in on the lap top..... I decided to try on Firefox Private / Incognito whatever it calls itself and it then logged in first time , no issues. :

So looks like you will have to put up with me online during the GP :haha:

I can log in via my phone (apple safari). I use edge on the laptop that contains the GTP macros. I get the “invalid form” error when trying to log in as others have mentioned. Maybe I can get in with Chrome, but I don’t have the same functionality I’ve been using (we are not supposed to be using Chrome on our work laptops).

Just a tip: Open IE, Chrome or Firefox in a Private / Incognito Mode window. Then login to the forum like that. After a day or so, the cookies you had saved should clear and you'll be able to login again regularly.
