Bottom post of the previous page:

The Lowndes Waters Randle #222 AMG is still in the lead at the moment but the 912 is within 2 seconds now in 2nd, with a gap of over 7 secs back to 3rd

Some amazing battles for the places with traffic making it difficult. Stolz and Buus are stuck to each others bumpers. As I say that Buus has got past Stolz in the 75.

The #2 Audi is in the garage with heads being scratched looking.

Gap for the lead now 0.3! Plus Randle is struggling to pass the #922 Porsche
As I type Guven takes the lead in the #912.

And breathe..... :haha:

Guven has gapped Randle obviously passthe sister 911 car and i911 s making itself the widest Porsche in the world, keeping Randle at Bay and the 912 has already opened a gap of over 5 seconds in 2 or 3 laps.

Edit: make that 9 secs a lap later.

Cars 130 and 77 DTP for breach of BoP, so that is a blow for the 130 AMG of Reynolds currently embroiled in a dice with Feeney.

The BoP breach is something to do with stretching the 32 lap stint maximum.

The 77 has bigger pproblems now as something in the suspension is broen either from contact with a wall and is limping to the pits.

Replay shows it was contact with a wall going up the mountain from the Cutting.

77 back in the garage now. Still with a DTP over its head when it returns to the track.

912 pits for green flag service. Should rejoin in 5th or 6th with new tyres as well. Rejoins 5th.
Buus leads from Randle Stolz Marciello and then Guven in the 912. The others will need to stop soon for sure. No one will push the 32 lap stint max re the BoP penalties being given for breaches.

So now calculators are doing overtim calculating the stint maximum laps against the driver minimum / maximum drive time calculations given the race has a variable time finish (yes some of them are calculating to the minute!

Randle pits the #222 car as does Buus the #13 Porsche. the #13 and 912 had a side by side dice up the mountain before the warm tyres of the 912 won out and as Stolz heads for pitlane the 912 is back in the lead.

50 minutes left and the final stops are done. Matt Campbell leads by 12 seconds over Jules Gounon and is on track to follow up his outright win in the Daytona 24 Hours.

Right as I post that we're going to get a SC because the Vortex beached itself on a curb trying to turn around...

That was so predictable the second he tried to do a U turn.

Gone green

Campbell has it in the bag.... he has opened up nearly 3 seconds in 3 laps. But its all go for the places with 3 secs covering 2nd to 7th.

A couple of penalties from the last SC including the #27 currently leading Pro Am from the 911 and #88 astern

Gounon held up by a slower car and the gap has ballooned to 6 seconds.

Yeah.... Campbell has checked out and leads by nearly 7 secs with less than 15 to go, but 2nd to 7th covered by under 3 secs. Great stuff
