Feeney passing Brodie at the end inches them loser to Erebus for the team championship. Lets hope Brown;s car can be fixed up and ready for tomorrow. SVG had less damage although still plenty to do for T8.

Hopefully Erebus can do the job tomorrow and wrp up the team title. At least Brodie can gie it the full beans tomorrow

Oh and tomorrow Erebus go into the last race with a 161 point lead over "the Evil Empire ", in the Teams Championship..... with 288 points on the table tomorrow.

Final day for th season getting underway now with both SVG and Brown cars ready and repaired after yesterdays damage.

Qualifying now underway, and its a short 15 minute session,with the top 10 through to a shootout and 11-25 on the timesheets will be their greed positions.

The Top 10 Shootout is at 12:05pm ACDT/12:35pm AEDT and the final event of the season, Race 28 at 2:45pm ACDT/3:15pm AEDT

8 minutes left and we have a red flag for a major shunt for Cameron Hill who went in hard at the high speed turn 8, bounced across the track and hit the opposite all as well. A lot of damage and a lot of cleanup needed. I think he caught the kerb on the inside of T8 and then into th outside wall on the exit and from there across the track. Debris spread or a good 200 mtres from start to finish of the accident when the car came to a halt.

Hill is out of the car on his own volition and walked to the medical car to head off to the medical centre for a once over.

Clock stopped with 8:36 to go.

The wreck is on the flat bed and cleared. Cars are returning to qualy with th clock restarted and now 7 minutes to go.

3 minutes to go and Grove are 1-2 with Randle and Waters Hazlewood Brown JLB Brodie Heimi and Feeney the top 10 but cars are on track continuously now. SVG down in 14th.

Into the last seconds and SVG will get one more flyer to get in the ten. Brodie and Brown are 6th and 10th but in the pits and done.

Feeney got in at the death and pushed Brown out

The 10 through to the Shootout: Payne takes provisional pole by 0.299s ahead of Waters, with Reynolds, Feeney, Randle, Mostert, Kostecki, Heimgartner, Hazelwood and Golding


Starting positions 11 to 20 are Brown, JLB, Davison, ADPe, SVG, Fraser, Percat, Courtney, Pye and Slade fill the top 20.

Fullwood, Winterbottom, Jones, Smith and Hill round out the field starting 21-25
