I disagree with you on your first point, but agree that today's race was one of the bad ones.
Most of the one's I remember have been quite exciting (even if the excitement was produced by the safety car/red flag restarts).
I also think you may be too generous. 3 for me today. I did other things while the race was in the background.
Even the VSC produced no drama. The retirements just let everyone else go +1 with little effect on the rest of the field.

5 and I was very generous.

Better than expected: 5. Could have been a six without the safety cars, although I realize that ship has sailed. Decent race, but was never going to be great anyway with that long straight and DRS.

5/10. Obviously a 0/10 for Ferrari & customers.

It was a rather boring race. Couple of small incidents but still subpar for this track. 4/10.

Ok. i'm biased.

I went with 4. nearly half decent. The first few laps were decent enough. It went downhill when the Ferraris, well Leclerc went out. After that was more of a lap countdown. I had bailed out long before the end to get back to watching Le Mans.

I rated this a 5. I had hoped for more overtaking. In the beginning I was curious about the upcoming strategy and finally Ferrari made a great move by pitting Charles during the VSC! But in the end this wasn't worth anything. Ferrari is quick, but they need to use a lot PU's and that will cost them points.

From almost no points after 3 races to a steady lead after 8 races; great for Max‼ Up to Canada now, boy did I miss that race☺

With a bonus point for no full SC (though the VSC was almost long enough!) or red flag.

4/10, the second half was pretty dull aside from the odd battle down the field.

Yeah 4 for me. Had lots of potential until Leclerc went out. The VSC's helped with different strategies, and DRS wasn't as overly powerful as I'd have originally thought, but once both Ferrari's were out it was game over up front.

I gave it a 6 because I was happy to see my boy get such a good finish, especially after his mistake into the escape road. Not an exciting race that's for sure.
