Found no other news about him, but accodring to oldracingcars.com he was suffering from cancer

I remember watching him many times in the non championship UK races and moreso in F5000 in the early to late 70's. I think latterly F5000 he was with the Shellsport Radio (Lucky) Luxembourg team alongside Lella Lombardi.

Well the car is the 1973 car.... it has the squared off sidepods rather than the rounded ones of the previous Iso that SFW ran. Seeing as we know its Belso driving, Tom only did a single race in it 'cos he had no money, and that was in Sweden. Im not sure he even started the race when his lack of money became known.
