What a mess.

TLDR: A paid competition set up to help underfunded drivers get into motorsport has run out of money and been put into voluntary administration after buying and racing a number of cars including a V8 Supercar and an Audi GT3.

As a result, a lot of people have possibly lost in many cases thousands of dollars in entry fees and competition winners (including an American who moved to Australia to race for them in lower tier V8 Supercars) have lost their drives as no prizes will be fulfilled and there will be no further competitions.

This has gotten ugly already. Former ADS partners (and Supercar team) Matt Stone Racing have publicly stated that they are in an ongoing legal battle with the leader of the ADS and made various public counter allegations in the process against them.
