Topic level restrictions

I have enabled a new extension which restricts access on a topic level.
This means that members with 0 posts can see the topic TITLES in Crash Photos, but won't be able to access them.
Members with fewer than 25 posts can also see the topic titles in our Video Downloads forums, but once again won't be able to access them until the required post count is met.
If anyone sees the following message, when they don't expect to, or experience any issues such as forum slowdowns, please notify me.
