The Dome DCF-1 "Black Buffalo", who competed in the 1985 8 hours of Suzuka. Yes, the same Dome that produced a lot of f3000, Group C and attempted even the F1 in 1996.

This bike was pure madness, with a carbon fiber reinforced plastic frame, a CBX 750R engine and a weight of 150 kg.
It gets a passing mention in the Dome Museum.

I was trying to find results for the 1985 race to see how it went.

I did find a video which I have yet to watch. Hoping it appears in that

Yeah bike racing results are pretty hard to find, even from official sources. Go watch the Motogp sites, they don't have racing numbers in the results or entry lists for old seasons.... I tried to find results for this, but i didn't manage. Even worst i've never found a good entry lists for old 8 hours' races, there's some weird shit hidden there.

Moriwaki did like 3/4 bikes, even in recent years. Some guys raced with a prototype with a XR1200 Engine from an Harley Davidson, and i could go on and on...

I did find a video of a walk round what I presume is the Dome museum with loads of cars in what looked like an underground car park. I saw a bike with the #12 on it which was the number it ran in the 1985 race. Its only very brief and near the end of the video , just after 5 minutes in..
