I believe it was so. How that Indy wreck happened I can't remember, but he was probably at fault there.

And last year at Sau Paulo he got a car on his head. Andretti luck+being crash prone, kid lives dangerously.

The Indy crash happened late race, he and Wheldon made contact, I think Andretti moved over on Wheldon as he was avoiding someone moving over on him. Rear wheel touched from wheel and then he skated down the back stretch on his head before flipping back onto his wheels.
