Additions/Modifications to Rules & Regs

I've been modifying these on and off without telling anyone. I thought I might as well announce if I alter any rules from now on.

I have added the following rule to 'The Members' section:
1.7. The rules that apply to posts also apply to profiles. Profile fields are moderated by the administrator and any unnecessarily silly entries may be removed at the admin's discretion.
I have also modified the format of the rules slightly, so each rule now has it's own unique number (Rule 1.1, 2.4, 3.3 etc.)
