Given the Australian race is two weeks away, I am guessing Sainz will be fit to race. Albon came back quite quickly as I recall and he had complications after his operation. Sainz had no such complications as far as I know so it could be that the two weeks break is long enough for him. Only time will tell on that one I guess.
Like most driver I suspect he'll be itching to get back into the car, especially after that drive by Bearman.
I was told nothing strenuous for 4 weeks after I had mine removed. I couldn't believe it when Albon returned at Singapore of all places just 3 weeks post-op.
Sainz will probably be confirmed for the weekend after first practice.
