It looks a bit messy to me, shall we create extra forums for each kind of series? E.g. Openwheel, Stock Cars, Touring Cars etc.?

That would clear it surely.

Thanks for your feedback, especially as you are the main contributor there. Will wait for others to comment before going ahead. Obviously it could always be put back if we don't like it.

A split between open wheel (Indycar/F2/F3 series), endurance (WEC/IMSA/ELMS/...), Touringcars (DTM/WTCR/Supercars/BTCC) and Off road (WRC/Rally Cross/..) would be an idea.

Sounds good, although I'd keep Indycar and F2/F3 separate.
Since most series have not yet started, the new setup could be tested with the testing threads (pun intended). DFuring that time we can gather feedback and in due course decide whether or not to keep it.

Agreed I would keep Indycar separate sub-forum to F2/F3.... Indycar is a popular category on its own.

Also agree that we should fine tune it as we get settled to the new format.

F2 and F3 could and should move over to Formula One forum

Right, I'll keep less popular things like the WRC to the parent forum, but now we have separate IndyCar, NASCAR, Sportscar and Touring Car discussion forums. Let's keep it to that for now and see how it goes.

I hardly ever check this section of the forum (the server migration caught my eye), but I also agree this is the best idea to make it cleaner.
