I know the penalties were only 5 laps as opposed to the usual 10, a decision made because of the fact those penalised were not fully to blame, with the slow crs deemed also reponsible to a degree. Appalling stewarding.
Plus it was qualifying, so not a session for cruising and getting in the way of others. Surely there should have been some penalties for those getting in the way, or even blocking which technically they were guilty of, particularly at a track like Monaco.
Re the drivers, dont these slow moving drivers understand it is a race track, not a bloody bus lane.
