Well to me, a favorite anything is what you like best out of a group.
Well that's fine ww1ace..But "Heart"??? You never cease to amaze me as to your picks for favorites. I've met both Anne and Nancy and know the session drummer on a few of their songs. Alright peeps I guess but as musicians...They suck!!
"IF" I were to have a favorite Female artist..It would have to be someone more like Janis who had soul, talent and an inner beauty that transcended her physical.
Heart isn't a very good instrumental band, I agree, but who didn't use session musicians back then. The only band that comes to mind is The Doors.
I'm not knockin their use of "session" guys,,,Said drummer is a very cool dude.
When I had my garage I had the radio on all the time and who ever was closest to it was charged with changing the station as quickly as possible when a Heart song would come on...Also Tom SHane cammercials but that's a another deal .
