Bottom post of the previous page:

Aahh yes....where the Griswold's were going on vacation.

And I see Dallenbach's name up there too......didn't he partner Johncock on Pat Patrick's Indy car team? Wildcats (#s 20 & 40), weren't they???

But seriously, no, I don't remember Wally Jr....... (more from the T/A and IMSA tho')

Scum?

Just out of interest, am I the only one who finds Jeff Burtons yap yap voice irritating? Everytime he speaks it's like someone scraping fingernails down a blackboard to me.
I am very sorry if you find my posts long and boring, I like to type and often go off on a tangent.

No your not.
I find Mike Wallace even worse in his own way......'lucky not to have to see/listen to him much. (bad enuff 'gotta' watch him dance on the oil display shelf so often on that stupid comm'l).

Lol, I've seen the Kevin Harvick / Clint Bowyer dancing on the shelf one for Mobile 1 oil, but not the Mike Wallace one...

That's Clint? I thought it was Wallace.... Speaking of "urgh"...now my "photo" cells are goin' with my memory ones too??? Ouch. :(

However, in my own defense, the first time I saw it and thought it was MW, I turned away, and continue to do so whenever it comes on..... Image

Any clue what lap times their turnin'? I tried timing but I haven't caught a car doing a complete lap. Our tired old GTU 911 "felt" faster.....with all it's (maybe) 250 HP......by the looks of it. I know they've got the bus stop and assinine chicane after turn 4 we didn't have (I know, knuckle dragging days...) but they look very slow around T1, the 2 horseshoes, outa the infield, and even the straights.....
I figure they added that dumb chicane (the rest is the same) so you couldn't compare times to even the present IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge cars (slowest in IMSA) times.

Mike Harmon once stole a hauler from another tiny race team with a very small budget (Jennifer Jo Cobb's), so perhaps this is just karma working its magic.

I caught the end of the Daytona RC race (frankly forgot it was this weekend and just snapped on the TV at the right moment). Looked like it was quite the race.
I thought Jimmy was going to challenge for the win on the last few laps but he just fell back pretty bad. Did he stay out and skip a tire stop to make it to the front? I thought he was usually pretty handy on road courses.

The Xfinity race was better (I missed the Trucks so can't judge).

Meanwhile All 3 Hendrick teammates of Johnson will run a throwback scheme dedicated to him. Chase Elliott's is from 2009, William Byron's is from the 2013 All-Star race and Alex Bowman's is from 2006.
I was hoping to get one like this from his first cup start or even his Xfinity #92.
