I was at both Long Beach and Ceasar Palace. Long Beach was actually cool. They put on a great show, and back in the days when cars were smaller, the street courses were not impossible to pass on (as proved by John Watson).

Have I ever mentioned how Kyle gives me Kirkwood? Nicely done.

Also well done by Rosenqvist. Urgently needs a result. Otherwise the top 10 are all the regulars mixed together. Series very, very strong at the moment.

Grosjean was 2nd fastest until he binned it on his final hot lap and lost his time. See end of the highlights above.

Dixon slow in 16th. But watch him somehow get a top 5.

Sato has been quite horrible this weekend.

But not as bad as Johnson, who was cleared to run, and then ... crashed again in practice.

FRO really looks like he's finally starting to put things together. He had good race pace at STP and TEX as well, maybe he can tie everything together for a good finish now.

Shame about Grosjean crashing out, I think Herta looks unbeatable with Romain all the way back in 6th.
