@MonteCristo The Foxtel EPG is showing it on FoxSports channel 506 for 'live' qualy 7.00-8.00am and the race coverage 'live' from 9.30am -12.00

Thats Melbourne times. Not sure if you in Brisvegas are on Aus East coast time or 'Queensland' time atm

We're currently the same time as each other.

The race is meant to start 11am-ish, hence why I'm confused about the Fox Sports timing.

Gotcha. In other words set record to continue on after when Foxtel thinks it will end.

Is the 8pm Texas (11am Sunday Aus time) actual race start or Circle Jerk / pre Race willy pulling time.

Green flag usually flies some 10-15 minutes after that.

Rinus VeeKay wrecks 17 minutes into practice. The first part of which was for rookies only. So he's doubtful for the race.

Dipped below the apron in turn 3 and lost it.

I will be tuning in.
Concerms about very little practice and Qualy times are being voiced on some of our US sports updates. Should be an interesting race. I hope the drivers all make safe choices.

Aaaaaand RHR is next to clout the wall. This race will be a goddamn mess.

Fourth caution now, there was one for debris in T2 following VeeKays crash.

Dixon leads the field as 40 minutes of trouble free running closes the session. I'll leave you guys to do the mid-race banter now as I'll catch the race when I wake up in the morning.

Well the Indycar app says green flag is 3 hours from now. So the time zone converter I used was wrong. Or they're in some different time zone.

Swedish broadcast starts 2 hrs 30 minutes from now (0130 CET, it's 23.00 now). No idea if they plan to have some sort of pre-race show.

Guess I'll stick around a little longer and watch qualifying.

Big wreck for Sato as he snap oversteers into the wall. No way they'll repair that car for the race.

That goddamn sticky compound put down to cater to Nascar last November has killed the outside groove.
