The teams will develop their own aero packages however... Let's see how that works out.

Well see that's a stumbling block.
They want outfits to supply aero stuff but we're not sure who will actually come thru, plus the money teams will develop their own,,At high expense and probably a lot better than the lesser teams will be able to buy off the shelf.
A lot of the things being done are without consultation with the teams and that is ruffling a few feathers.

I mostly referring to that God Awful Hairpins that plagued the Beijing race. They got two of them on this track)
