Today roads close at 9:30am local time at Dundrod and the seven race schedule is supposed to commence from 10.30am. Weather reports are not too promising in terms of new records but racing is supposed to go ahead.

Meanwhile you can watch Peter Hickmans record breaking lap from Thursday at https://www.bbc.com/sport/av/northern-ireland/49299570 .

Live commentary of BBC Radio Ulster MW (AM) will pop up at https://www.bbc.com/sport/northern-ireland/motorbikes once it goes live.

not quite sure who it was but commentary announced someone got clocked at 202.4 mph / 325 km/h which isn't too far off NW200's top speeds and considered that they are done on superbikes rather than motogp prototypes is quite an amazing feature.

Hickman is trashing the competition and following a dominant victory in superstocks adds another dominant supersport victory.
The circuit was definately more wet than during the superstock race and the boys still pulled wheelies on the supersport machines. Tells you how fast it really is.
The live stream now shows a replay of the superstock race.
BBC NI is pointing out an experimental live video stream with eight cameras and a helicopter as well as asking watchers to leave comments on the 'usual' social media comments !

Unfortunately, the lightweight race with my mates Sarah Boyes and Shaun Anderson was red flagged and abandonded.

The seven lap superbike race on now !

While Christian Elkin took the laurels in the supertwin race earlier, Peter Hickman brought himself evrso closer towards a clean sweep with a victory in the 2nd supersport race over Lee Johnston. Since the lightweight race had been abandoned we're now looking forward to the blue ribbon Ulster GP Superbike race.

Will Peter Hickman manage the clean sweep or can someone stop him?

Peter Hickman has equalled Phillip McCallen's record of five in a day at the Ulster GP !
A great days racing and I hope those injured will be fit again soon. Next week the Manx Grand Prix as well as the Classic TT fortnight is about to start with the newcomers speed controlled lap around the Mountain Course
See you then !

I'll be here in Germany as well but I heard that the Manx GP has received upgrades on the streaming service of the past two years. :D
Well and practice week means Manxradio online anyway
So if you got a mobile network or internet anyway, you'll be able to follow it :D

Would be great when it would have the same streaming possibilities that several other racing series have.
