Eppynt is an iconic rally stage in Wales. I think it is also used for other speed events.

You will no doubt be interested to know it will soon be living again for Motor Bike racing. I guess this video is some kind of progress report.

More details of the 'new' venue for road racing. http://www.bikesportnews.com/news/news- ... ki-backing

Living again for motorcycle road racing 😉
My Manx GP marshals shuttle driver Martin, a top bloke, is involved with it. He's doing quite some of the social media pr. Pic from EBs linked article. Martin is 2nd from the left

Did I mention that I joined the the WRRC supporters club?
Anyway, here's an onboard lap with Steve Plater around the course:

You may have heard or not heard it yet but the Eppynt road race has been called off due to a new legislation in Wales. Shortly after the announcement parts of the organizing team broke apart, so one has to wonder if it really was the new legislation or if there were already splits between the organizing team

Sad news Andy.
Maybe a bit of both. Legislation that ruins a project at such a late stage after so much work can break the greatest of enthusiasm.
