All I can say is that the car is (was!) a Lotus Cortina. I recognise certain parts, particularly round the grille, headlight, and the door handle. Plus the standard Lotus Cortina colour scheme of Ermine White body with Sherwood Green stripe.
Thing is I cant find an entry for a Lotus Cortina at Mosport. But that is only from RSC which obviously (?) would not cover all races (I would think)

This is a partial entry list, including the saloon car support race (Ontario Prime Minister's Cup). 3 Lotus Cortinas to choose from.

I went back and checked the item details, and there is no doubt as to race. The date is the same as the F1 event. The date on the slide is September, but that just means that's when it was created, and not when the pic was taken. A race report would settle this one. Autosport Magazine, September 1, 1967, for instance. 5 pages' worth.

There was nothing in the report, which was solely to do with the Grand Prix.

1 page was an ad, which I didn't include.

But unfortunately nothing useful to this topic.
