1939 Nutley Velodrome Accidents from Brooklands Compilation (VIDEO)
I'm no expert in the crashes before the 60's, but i think in this video there is at least one fatal crash. I hope someone can identify who and when.

A bit like having a parachute fail and have you fall broken by trees I guess.
He was seriously injured I believe they said.
But as you imply, lucky to escape with his life.

The other accidents are from the Nutley Velodrome. I've made no progress on those.

Well, not entirely true, the footage of the Nutley flip is also on the Italian newsreel version, which is dated 11/05/1939.Jesper Hvid wrote: ↑5 years ago The other accidents are from the Nutley Velodrome. I've made no progress on those.
Maybe that is enough to find the incident mentioned in the news.

The only interesting thing the commentator says is that there were no fatalities.Jesper Hvid wrote: ↑5 years agoWell, not entirely true, the footage of the Nutley flip is also on the Italian newsreel version, which is dated 11/05/1939.Jesper Hvid wrote: ↑5 years ago The other accidents are from the Nutley Velodrome.
