The #31 car at the beginning of the video could be Ronnie Bucknum during the 1966 USRRC race. Which leads me to the conclusion that the footage probably isn't from the same race/meeting.
John "Buck" Fulp -- Lola T70-Chevy / Ronnie Bucknum -- Lola T70-Ford
John "Buck" Fulp won the race USRRC event held at Riverside on May 1, 1966 in his #26 Lola T70-Chevrolet. Bucknum, in #31, DNF'd with heat exhaustion. #64 is 11th place finisher Budd Clusserath in his McKee Mk.6-Oldsmobile.

I suppose that it's Salyer crash at Riverside in 1966
At Riverside in early 1966 Salyer had a 'big one' with the McLaren, destroying the car. Thus began his association with Bob McKee, which lasted the rest of his racing career. Salyer took delivery of a McKee Mk VI and won the SCCA Class C National Championship, winning the Runoffs at Riverside that November. From here: https://forums.autosport.com/topic/1303 ... ?p=4391740

I believe you're correct, and I'd forgotten to revise the list, sorry about that. Fixed, and thanks for the ID.
