Bottom post of the previous page:

http://the-fastlane.co.uk/cpdb/crashpho ... itid1=5433

Listed as fatal. Is that correct?

At some point in the next day, I will rebuild the admin console files and reupload them just to be sure.
It appears some pages are missing an edit button, which seems to correspond with the entries that can't be edited.
I think I understand what the problem is...

The CPdB used to be a fairly 'closed' project, with only me, hollie3sa and Motorsportrace taking part. Then DJRfan joined. I think after that, I decided that if any 'new' members of the forum wanted to help out, I would restrict the permissions slightly until i could trust them. Obviously I would not want someone "helping" by deleting half of the database  I will get your permissions increased later so you can do the same as the others.

More interestingly, why does it say in the video that it's Jimmy Horton, yet he drove a different car number in that race?

Yeah the video timestamp is about 10 minutes before it should be, car in the original video is definitely a #32, and no it wasn't fatal. I just fixed it.

1969 Nürby.

http://www.the-fastlane.co.uk/cpdb/cras ... itid1=1084

It was Björn Rothstein and not Picko Troberg who crashed.

You're right. Just had a look in the 1000km book which confirms that as well. Entry fixed. Thank you!

Which name is correct?
VSCC is Vintage Sports Car Club. Since a lot of these are not one-off events, e.g. British Grand Prix, I just put the organising club as the Event name. Really I should leave it empty and put the organising club in the Series.

The other two...I am not sure if they are the same event or not. Let me check the original magazine and see if they come from the same place.

Is the term 'Pit Road Incident' limited to accidents only within the pit road (and accidents like the Lindner/Patria fatality at Linas-Montlhéry) or do these count as well?

Pit Road Incident = Crash which occurred while the car was on a planned entry into the pits, including on the way in/out of pit road or while on the stop itself. I think cars which ended up crashing into the pitlane/pit wall don't count.

Revision: "Special" series types, such as Non-Championship, Unknown, etc. have been renamed slightly. They are now surrounded by [Square Brackets] and should be found right at the bottom of the Series list. If you find any more which should be down there, please let me know.

PTRACER wrote: 4 years ago I noticed all your latest entries have "1" in the Also Involved box so I fixed them. It's odd because there is nothing in the database to say "1" is the default value and I don't have the problem. I think your browser might have a cookie/autocomplete form issue, you just need to clean your internet history.
I deleted all cookies from the-fastlane. That didn't solve the problem. Tried another browser (Edge), same problem.

Edit:\\ Even when I manually delete the "1", it's still visible in the entry. I have to edit the entry once to delete it.
Did you change anything?

If not, the problem seems to have resolved itself.

I am constantly changing things  Glad it is working though!

The files might be quite large so they take some time to load. It should work properly.
