Bottom post of the previous page:

hollie3sa wrote: 3 years ago What do you think about adding another category to the CPdB entries for results? We already have one for the video so why not link it to the other sites where we get some crucial informations from?

Plus it also ensures the quality of the entries.
Although I like the idea, what happens when the results pages go offline?

Minor change. Under 'Venue Type', I renamed the very confusing 'Circuit' option to 'Fixed venue'. I hope this makes it clearer.

So, Ben Collins, aka THE STIG has emailed us because of this photo. He wants to publish it in a book. I can't find the source anywhere, I don't know where Jesper got his images from 14 years ago and he always renamed the files so I can't track them. If anyone can help, please let me know.

@Jesper Hvid
I don't know the origins of this photo.

But the 1000km book by Hettler/Klinkel has one more of the accident and one more of the car back in the pits.

Image Image

Sources are Wolfgang Thierack and LAT Photography.

Maybe that helps.

These will go offline automatically in two days. Please don't add them to the CPdB

That could be a really big help, thank you so much!

I found a few other angles of this on the web too, unknown sources, I will post those instead.

Issue #17 of the AUTOMOBILSPORT magazine has a photo taken like 5 metres from the car. It is from the Klemantaski Collection

Ah!! Yes, I found an extremely blurry version of this online.

I might suggest Ben looks at the Klem collection, because he has many photos from this race.
