I will try and sort these by author/member who initially posted the picture, hoping that gives us the highest chance of re-finding the offline pictures. This is mostly useful for the upcoming picture request thread when the main part of the project is finished.
If possible, the original post will be linked at the bottom of every individual accident's information.

The impact ripped out the fuel tank, the car burst into flames and plunged into a ravine, landing on the driver's side, with co-driver Angelo Garzoglio who was thrown out of the car, while Pregliasco who had lost consciusness being trapped inside. Garzoglio bravely jumped in the fire and managed to extract Pregliasco from the burning wreck, being involved in flames, and several minutes later both driver and co-driver were taken by rescuers to Robbio hospital. Pregliasco had received minor burns and Garzoglio who had suffered third-degree burns, having difficulty breathing, was soon transferred to the intensive care unit of the Ospedale Traumatologico of Turin, where he succumbed to his severe burns 24 days later.

Nicholas Morley and co-driver Matthew McConville apparently panicked and tried to do a runner in another car, after they hit a car with an elderly married couple - they both died.
The rally was apparently legal, but subject to speed limits. Which were probably broken in this case. The 2007 Gumball 3000 was cancelled after the accident, and I doubt it will take place next year, if ever again.

Possibly Gerard Marcy (who is Belgian) and his French co-driver Jean-Paul Cottret. UNID'EDJesper Hvid wrote: ↑18 years ago Bizarre accident during the 2001 Paris-Dakar, when French crew were out of the car, shovelling it free from the sand. A Japanese car passed by at speed, and accidentally knocked down one of the Frenchmen (the navigator) who was freeing one of the wheels from the sand dunes. Unbelievably, his head got jammed in the hole between the wheel and the bodywork (he was wearing his helmet, otherwise he would have been killed). The impact also knocked him unconscious, and he was slumped against the car that way, with his head stuck. The driver managed to stop a following car, driven by Dane Nicolai Moltke-Leth (who relates this story in his latest autobiography), and they freed the navigator from the helmet which was still stuck in its place. There is a bit of IDing missing, as I don't know the names of either of the involved persons, apart from the first name of the French driver, which is Jean-Paul, and the car brand, which was Toyota.

- from: http://www.msrescue.com.au/articles/rallyofmelbourne/The extremely fast roads of the Toolangi Forest along with the pressure of being the last event of the ARC took its toll on some competitors at Rally Melbourne on October 2-3, 2004.
The most significant was the accident of Darren Windus and Michael Cains, who hit a tree at high speed after the flying finish on Special Stage 9.
Darren was trapped in the vehicle for some time as the roof was bent down over the driver's side, while Michael was able to be helped from the car.
Both were air lifted by helicopter to the Alfred Trauma Centre in Melbourne.
In spite of the massive damage to the car, it's quite clear that without the roll cage and safety equipment such as seat belts, the situation would have been far worse.
There might be bigger versions of these somewhere.

Article is dedicated to Åkesson's accident, but there's some things that make me doubt that crash is fatal:
1. Caption says that it's place of Mårtensson/Åkesson accident, but not mentioned that car belongs to them;
2. Car doesn't seems to be Volvo 240; for me it seems to be WRC-based rally car;
3. According to article, car crashed with the roof just behind Åkesson's seat; in photo roof looks undamaged while driver's side (if car has left-hand drive like Volvo 240) seems to receive impact.

Accident happened in early 1980s. I'm not sure if I translated comments well, but according to Arunas Petrovas, driver was decapitated and co-driver suffered severe injuries. Accident happened because at same time several farming vehicles including harvester combines were at road. Crew was presumably from Marijampole and driver's surname probably was Matulevičius.

Kurtinaitis himself answers in comments.
Žemaitija rally fatality remains obscure and now I'm not sure that driver's surname was Matulevičius (as it's same as Kurtinaitis's co-driver). I'll leave surname Matulevičius in all my docs regarding fatality before new information will be found.

Bruno Thiry crashed heavily after power steering failure left him in a daze. Failure to hear a pace note left Navigator Stephane Prevot requiring medical attention.
