The wreck at 2:51, looks like the #22 car, which was Wilbur D'Alene, non-fatal. Motorsportrace posted a pic, which is offline, I probably have it.

Thurman's car was #18, but appears in video to be #8. It's clearly #18 when seen from other angles.

LeCocq's car there is no doubt about, as it burned.

I'm putting the possible extra video in the lost footage list, as I'm convinced that the grainy pic in the CPdB is actually an enlarged screenshot from a piece of footage we have so far not been able to locate. I've also updated that thread with the items Sedre mentioned. Should have done so earlier, but I think I've caught up, now.
