Movie soundtracks should count, too.

2009 The Uninvited ripped off the eerie bits from 1988 Hellbound: Hellraiser II. I couldn't find an example, but you can trust me.

Focus' Hocus Pocus main riff was stolen by Blitzkrieg (eponymous track), can't find that on youtube, so here's Metallica's cover:

As far as I remember Accepts Bound to Fail on Metal Heart is a classic theme. I'm just not sure from who
Forget it . I meant the outro on Staying A Life

Yeah, you're right, and Metal Heart itself has a bridge/solo which is Für Elise by Beethoven. At least it's nothing they tried to "sneak in", it's deliberately done for kewl effect. Else, you can close down the likes of Yngwie Malmsteen for career-spanning plagiarism.

Kingdom Come: Get It On is like a musical pendulum between Black Dog and Kashmir by Zeppelin and Whitesnake's Still Of The Night is something in between Black Dog and Rock 'n' Roll:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKJiVPt-KRQ

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MrbgjLbvwo

Ozzy puked (unsurprisingly), and then he did this one with Gary Moore, "Led Clones":

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2G5zfM2k3v4

But then Moore blatantly stole "Still Got The Blues" from Nordrach's "Jud's Gallery", listen some 5 min.s into the song:

You could break down all of Krokus' collected output into 4 basic elements: A, C, /, and D. An example.

Really pathetic at 2:17 - "Don't stop me!" (cf. Bon Scott - Highway to Hell). The Aussies never tried to stop them, though, probably having a laugh over the Swiss bastards.
