For today, since I'm losing the light to take pics, I'll close with another original: my Senna portrait. Not drawn in free hand: I copied a small pic and enlarged it through a grid. Back soon with more stuff, not just Senna all the time :D

(hint: James Hunt and more)

Great! I wish I had saved my Lauda figurine made with modelling paste. I remember it had blue eyes and a lot of blonde hair, so it must have been before his accident.

This is a strange story. I was really small, playing with Lego and modelling paste, but I was clearly a F1 addict already. Yet I don't remember anything first hand about Lauda's accident. Maybe my parents shielded me from it, or I wasn't able to understand yet. I was slightly more mature when Villeneuve died, but I remember it just as a sad event, nothing that impacted me personally. Maybe I had outgrown F1 by then. Or maybe I did see all these bad things and closed them out, like some sort of PTSD.

This came in NOW and I can't resist. Amazon couriers can't figure out my doorbell or just don't bother, it was in the middle of my garden. Very well done: notice the page number with Mald's helmet design All profits from the book go to the Tom Pryce Memorial Fund, so I feel slightly less guilty. A very nice review here: https://speedreaders.info/23106-tom-pry ... -knew-him/

LOLLL I have it, but these are in my flat in the city, and the place is a bit depleted. One day I'll be able to stay there a bit longer and I'll clean everything. It's a very dusty city :D
