I was reading up earlier and saw a clip of Schumacher apparently cutting a corner and going through the grass to take out Cecotto in Hockenheim.
Any idea what’s the background here? Anything I can read more about? At face value it looks like an awful move - the kind that could land you a lifetime ban.

Awful! Why would they do that? I had no idea. Looks like it was a team gameplan but entering Schumacher for one race to instruct him to punt another driver off is weird to say the least
