Why did it say 5 selectable teams? There are 10 teams.

I noticed the McLaren HQ in the trailer so I'm assuming this implies only 5 teams have been properly fleshed out for the 'my team' experience, by way of recreating the team HQs, facilities and personnel in more detail.

My wife and daughter are going away for a few days with mother-in-law, and they get back on the general release date.

I've paid for the deluxe edition so I can get it 3 days early, and apwnd those 3 days smashing the game on my wheel, uninterrupted by chores and babies.

Doubt if i will buy this. I bought F1 2020 and did some laps at Paul Ricard. And then a few on Melbourne. And that was it.

I watched some PC gameplay footage on YT and it STILL doesn't have a fucking cursor! No way am I buying this. My fingers were aching from reaching out over the wheel to constantly press F5/F6 and F7/F8 and arrows keys just to get to the setup page in F1 2020.

Well, I was. It's glitched and I can't get past the safety car level.

Reset fixed the safety car bug. Promptly completed Braking Point 100%.

Honestly. Not worth bothering with. Get the game sure, but get it for my team, online racing, and solo GPs/championships/time trials

Here is my synopsis:

Grown men, pro sportsmen at the top of their game, get thrown into turmoil by paddock whispers, the source of which is the antagonist.

Many incidents happy on track, and the way a proper F1 fan views this is totally different to how the characters and media on the game report it

Aiden is a whiny mummy's boy wet blouse, but that's because they're shoehorning a mental health lesson into it.

Casper is the grumpy old man who's going through a person crisis and has mid life/post F1 issues.

Devon is a pantomime villain, hardly a genius mastermind.

It spans 2 seasons, but you only play about 10 race scenarios, and about 4 full races.

Of course everything works out in the end.

There's a nice bit at the end however that I won't spoil.

That sound straight out of the Michel Vaillant/Roy of the Rovers school of cornball writing.

Can I least swap them out with real drivers? If I can't have Mick and Mazepin throw hands, they can't have my money.
