2. I know it's Monaco but even keeping that in mind, it had nothing going for it. No tension, no chase, nothing.

2. That was painful, not only was there no passing, but they did not even attempt to.

After the first lap I saw only one pass on the track, Schumacher over Mazepin. That was it, I think. Not an exciting first lap, two top contenders out for mechanical issues early on, and not of lot of interesting or particularly successful pit strategies. Only Giovanazzi looked like he was trying to even race.

Well, the statistics will say 36 overtakes. That's 19 drivers passing Leclerc on Lap 0, 17 drivers passing Bottas and MSC and Marzepin.

I rated it 7/10, because it's much more enjoyable to see them keeping it between the walls than just keeping it between white lines. Maybe I was a bit generous but wouldn't have rated it lower than a 6/10 anyway because of the way they finished.

Max did not have to defend his lead. All what he had to do was not to make mistakes.
6 from me.
It was Monaco 2021 edition.

1. Max wins at Monaco
2. RBR with 2 cars in front of 1 Merc.
3. First time a Dutchman leads the WDC F1.
4. Max' slide between La Rascasse and Anthony Nodges. Having everything under control. (While i was soooo damned afraid he would bin it at Monaco)
5. Last but not least: A whiny sulky Hamilton. Can't get enough of it.

Monaco: Dix points!!!

I don't know what I expected, but that was Monaco at its most Monaco.

2 points.

I'll give it a six. Most of that is due to sweet sound of Hamilton whining. Had Leclerc been able to start, the score would've probably been higher. Same goes for Bottas' miserable pit stop.

Exactly. I gave it a 3.... bonus point because Mercedes faffed up and Lewis was outdriven by many.

Does it change my opinion of Monaco? Absolutely not. It is still one of the unmissable events to me.

It's not Monaco's fault we keep having awful races here. It's a 3 thanks to a varied podium.

2.

If it was one of those races were no one retired at all, it would have been 1.

-10 for Leclerc
- 10 for the dull race
+ 1 for every entitled radio call Lewis made

"How have I lost two positions" ... No Lewis, you lost one, to Vettel. Gasly was always ahead of you.
