Is that Sepang or Sebring? I'd love the latter.....only 140 miles away.

Rather not to Sebring.

I don't know about that. If I threw something against my "tube", I know I'd regret it too. That's really gotta' hurt!

Just to get this back on topic, the video posted on the F1 YouTube channel received 22,000 likes and 15,000 dislikes to date. I searched around and from what I can tell it's the least liked video of all time on the FORMULA 1 channel.

Sounds like a PR disaster waiting to happen.

Disappointing that it gets more likes than dislikes. But F1 shows another time what a bunch of hypocrites they are. If you want to make a statement as We drive as one, then add the Formula W to the SAGP schedule. Then you make a statement.

If F1 would ask the question, FW would probably be on the schedule that weekend. SA would get lots of positive press on how liberal it's become and how much they've progressed, then F1 would pack up and leave and SA would go back to stoning gays and executing people willy nilly.

As for the circuits, where are drivers supposed to overtaken? In the pits?

C'mon, you ought to know better. This whole We Drive as One or Hamilton's kneeling ideas was just a PR stunt. I mean Hamilton probably wants to ride the BLM wave in F1 but that's never going to happen. It's a rich man's sport and money always comes to the fore. The repair bill is paid by someone else after all. Saudi Arabia probably follows the original China "conquer through sport" route that has been followed by Qatar in the last 15-20 years. Pandemic is another economical blow to the world and these Saudis have all the money to spend regardless. If WWE or some boxing title fights can be held in Saudi Arabia what stops F1 from following suit?

I get the Saudi criticism. I don't really get the new circuit criticism. It seems like every time a new layout is revealed, fans look for the long straight tight corner combo. If it's not there, they complain that there will be no passing. If it is there, they complain that it's just going to be another generic Tilkedrome, depending on drs passes in the same spots every lap.

I actually like the layout more each time I look at it. It's pretty bold honestly, and I don't think the passing will be as difficult as people say. It's a shame it's flat though.

I think passing will be very hard.

But I can also see a wreckfest.
