Hi Gang!
I'm trying to weigh the benefits of GTP this year. Still sort of a pandemic out there and the threat of cancelled races and changing schedules is very real. Also life gets in the way and I find myself more busy than ever with work and family activities.
So I thought a poll would help to gauge interest. Would we have a productive game if the work was put in to host it?
No guarantees that I can make it work, but if the season runs as scheduled, it won't be too bad. Please share your thoughts and hit that pole with your honest truth.
For the new members, GTP is Guess the Pole. Take a look at some past threads to get a flavor. The basics is you enter a time and closest to the pole time wins points. Most points and greatest accuracy over the season are crowned champ. We play for pride only. No money changes hands.

All you need to do is predict the pole time. Then just sit back and wait for qualy.

- Location: Just moved 3 klms further away so now 11 klms from Albert Park, Melbourne.
Must get your guess in before P1 starts and the closest guess to the actual pole time achieved gets the most points.... the furthest from the pole time obviously less / no points.
Not sure how the silly qualifying /grid setting races will affect things. I guess there is still a qualifying session as such to set the grid for the sprint race.
