Bottom post of the previous page:

DAS can be used as an aerodynamic device. By changing the angle of the tires you can change the ride height too. And 1 mm makes a lot of difference.

And the simple difference that straight wheels are narrower than angled wheels, allowing cleaner airflow

F1 is the most pathetic series. It has so much potential but when will parity come into play? It’s so boring when u know who is going to win every single race for the most part.

F1 needs to be more competitive at the front, but realistically it's as close to parity as it ever has been.

There's a degree of masochism required to watch like. We all go off for a damn good thrashing by a dominatrix after each Hamilton win

2010 saw wins for Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull. Wins for 5 drivers. Top 4 covered by 16 points. Top 3 teams covered by 102 points because Massa was underperforming.

Way more competitive.

Sure. But in 2010 there was also 5 seconds between the front and rear of the field.

Take out Mazespin this year, and it's about 2 seconds, which is what I'm talking about with parity.

Since all of the drivers who have changed the teams struggle, such as Vettel, Ricciardo, Perez, Sainz, and let me add Alonso here, there must be a solution to fix this problem. FIA should guarantee 500-700 laps to such drivers, not just, "here you have three days, go drive".

Seems unlikely that even in the free for all days anyone did 500-700 laps. They'd just knacker the cars

And so attention turns to Merc bendy bits. Any vids about? Apparently Horner has been studying videos of front end bending all night
