Haha. Well we all know how well he drove in Monaco and in Baku. I think we're seeing him come back slowly slowly. And like I said I think the new drivers are slowly starting to get to grips. Perez is now in the game. Alonso is at Ocon's level/beating Ocon. Only Danny Ric (and Sainz to an extent) is still lagging.
Vettel has always seemed to enjoy a street circuit I would say, as backed up by his performances in the last two races. He always used to go well in Singapore, apart from when he had that horrible first lap incident with Kimi into the first corner.
I am very happy that he's seemingly got used to the car and settled in at Aston Martin. Some drivers do need to feel like part of a family. As I recall H H Frentzen was like that and it's part of why he didn't get on well at Williams. Patrick Head and Sir Frank didn't like to coddle their drivers, which is fine for some of them, but others need it and he was one. He moved to Jordan and his confidence and perfomance increased dramatically again. We're all different and we all need different things in life don't we? Some of us need to feel loved more than others, but then, who doesn't want to feel loved?
What is wrong with people? We're all allowed our own opinions and driving a racing car doesn't mean you can't also care about the future of the planet. Seb has small children, he should care about the state of the world and making things better if we can.

'Kinda' hypocritical, no?
Does he drive electrics to the races and sail across the oceans?.....why isn't he doing FE?
'Gotta watch that carbon footprint doncha' know.......
Those were the days my friends, we thought they'd never end.....

I think it's exactly why he is taking that opinion/pushing green. He feels guilty that the thing that brought him money and fame is also very polluting. Not necessarily hypocritical, but more like feeling the need to over-compensate.
