Lol. Not really any evidence for this but I'm primed for more quotes from Brazilian ranches

Is it the fact that the Merc pulled to the side of the track instead of staying in the center?
Or the fact that Alonso did not want to pass until they hit the DRS detection line?
Just an example of 2 very good racers playing sporting games within the rules?

Lewis and Max were both playing games at the time of the crash
Many of us have been saying since day 1 that they were both playing games and contributed to the collision. I for one always felt there was DRS play going on with Lewis refusing to pass before the DRS activation line because it would give Max DRS on the exit.
This video seems to rove that theory.... the telemetry backed video shows that they were both travelling much much slower than normal at stages on the run up to the impact. Like 200k's slower than normal at times. That is what it seems to me they are saying anyway. Interested to see if others see it that way.
Makes a bit of a nonsense of Lewis's "I had no idea he was letting me pass" crap.
Having seen the video above posted by @XcraigX it seems that DRS zone games from the more experienced drivers are nothing new..... and with this video perhaps an indicator that the rules need to change.
Even if it is to say on a redress situation the guilty driver (ie Max in the Saudi case) cannot use DRS at the next zone to simply breeze past and in effect redress the penalty.
