Now the Danny Stutterd/Steve Owen Evo Lancer has crashed at the Chase after what looks like a brake issue. That's another former race leader in big trouble. Safety car is out with a tad less then 2 hours to go.

The two BMWs seem to be fairly comfortable at the front, 10 seconds between them. The #23 of Beric Lynton seems to be keeping station ok with the leading #27 Sherrin M4. The two leaders are lapping comfortably faster than the followers, by 2 seconds a lap or so.The #6 AMG45 of Rod Salmon is running 3rd. The Jordan Cox Evo is running in 7th, a lap down. Only the first 4 cars are on the lead lap.

No he's on the lead lap. The live timing is based on how many laps they've completed, not the gaps between each car (which is what is shown on the broadcast)
