Lol at the Jetdryers.
Weather looks pretty good today, but it seems get on the infield and its a bit of a bog. Anyway we got a green and that lasted maybe half a dozen laps before cars got together.... cars everywhere and there were a couple of very sad looking cars. It wont be the last time.

Austin Hill makes it 3 consecutive wins in the first Xfinity race of the season at Daytona, two more and he will tie Dale Earnhardt's streak from 1990-94.
SVG got caught up in alot of other peoples mess but was able to avoid a last lap wreck and bring it home 12th, I'm sure he will be very happy to get this weekend over and done with, probably been in more crashes then his last 2-3 seasons combined.
SVG it seems had an eventful rst of the day having rejoined with his repaired #97. Another couple of crashes later, the first of which he caused (and I suspect the 3rd was a payback( a few lucky dog gained laps and he finished on the lead lap down in 12th.
So yeah I guess Shane starte his NASCAR training today with a bit of everything involved.... the complete NASCAR experience.

He ran into the same guy twice so that's awkward, although the second was because he didn't get on the brakes early enough to avoid an accident ahead of them. But at least he got through the final lap incident.
Speaking of the final lap, I've read that the commentary for Xfinity/Trucks is often bad and that was a good example. They said that the guy in second who was several car lengths back was about to win the race

The Xfinity commentary felt systematic of everyone at FOX being completely done with this weekend in general.
(I wouldn't wish "staying up until 1:30am for an ARCA race" on my worst enemy; not like the poor TV crew had a choice.)
