Rain falling harder now. The #46 might have got it right/

The #912 leader is now in pitlane. Will the early call by the #46 pay dividends?

Haase and Feeney are banking on it blowing through and have stayed out on slicks....

Changed their minds next lap round. They are coming in now as rain got harder again.... Haase and Feeney both got delayed behing the truck returning to pit lane which will cost them.

I cant work out how Campell in the #912 came out a fair way ahead of the #46

It seems he left the pit lane early..... he has copped a DTP for breach of pitlane conditions, namely not stationary for the minimum time.

The #2 Audi got a 2 minute stop and go for driver misconduct.... he was responsible for causing the crash that brought out the last SC.

We have another SC and Campbell has come in to do his DTP.... but penalties cant be serve under SC. Why did he come in? He might have to do the penalty again. At least if he does the first DTP was when the rest were behind the SC, but with a 40kph pitlane speed limit it is still a costly mistake.
Race Control and the team are arguing the toss on the DTP but I think the team have got it wrong. He will surely have to do another DTP when it goes back to green.

The rain has stopped now as well so the track will dry out

I wonder if with the long SC with the car circulating on wets might dry a line and will someone roll the dice and go back to slicks.

It seems the #912 will have to do another penlty under green flag conditions.

We will go green this time round. Still too wet for slicks but it will dry quickly at racing speeds. They will have to pit within a few laps for slicks.

Campbell comes straight to pitlane to serve his penly properly snf under green.

He rejoins down in 15th but should make th time up fairly quickly, especially if we gt another SC.....

I think Marciello has got a DTP in the #46 as well. He has served it anywayand rejoins back behind Campbell again.

It's starting to rain again right as they go back to green. And everyone is back on slicks.

Waters tried to stay out one more lap and it backfired as he went into the sand over the top, although he got out again.

Whoops my eyes must have closed for an hour..... Surprised at the pace that Campbell has in the rain. Its not long since they went Green again and he has opened an over 13 seconds on 2nd already. Just under 3 and a half hours to go and it looks like its the #912's race to lose/.

The #912 had just stopped for service but now the #46 75 plus others stopped so the #912 will cycle back up

The Lowndes Waters Randle #222 AMG is still in the lead at the moment but the 912 is within 2 seconds now in 2nd, with a gap of over 7 secs back to 3rd

Some amazing battles for the places with traffic making it difficult. Stolz and Buus are stuck to each others bumpers. As I say that Buus has got past Stolz in the 75.

The #2 Audi is in the garage with heads being scratched looking.
