Chris Buescher wins his third race in the last 5 weeks at Daytona, it's taken a while but he is finally living up to the expectations set on him 7-8 years ago.
Bubba Wallace claims the final playoffs spot on points. Chase Elliott, Alex Bowman, Daniel Suarez, Austin Cindric and Ty Gibbs among those who won't compete for a championship this year. Martin Truex Jr claims the regular season championship.

I have seen several fans, and earlier the drivers, express their thoughts about the latest generation of the Cup car. Now i saw Preece doing a barrel roll, like we haven't seen in ages. The car should stay on the ground.
Brian Redman: "Mr. Fangio, how do you come so fast?" "More throttle, less brakes...."

There is, nor will there ever be, a fool-proof plan to keep a racing vehicle going at high speeds from getting airborne, no matter how many safety features you throw at it. That's just motorsport. All you can do is make sure when it happens the driver doesn't end up crippled or dead.erwin greven wrote: ↑8 months ago I have seen several fans, and earlier the drivers, express their thoughts about the latest generation of the Cup car. Kyle Larson locks himself into the Round of 12 after winning the Southern 500. It was the 500th win by a car carrying a Hendrick Engine in NASCAR.
