Congrats @Mawerick. I mean we were all a long way out given the rain but you went 0.001 slower than me and you took it

And I shot myself in the foot again with a late edit. I had a 1:39.488 which I changed to 1:38.448. I have a feeling my original 1:39.488 would have given me a win. :tearful: :tearful:

Oh no, that would have given you the win. :sorrow: You know I've done that too before, it doesn't help of course, but you're not alone. Better luck next time

I had a quicker time and changed it to a slower one on gut instinct, even though when I change it's usually a bad idea. Lady luck was in my corner on the edit and not yours it seems.

If it's any consolation, I intentionally wanted to be the slowest and changed my guess just before the deadline.

I watched the weather forecast carefully.

I did also and was following the sme strategy.... then I saw the forecast I was using said it would stop raining before qualy which it did. (so I knocked a second off) I worked on the basis of the track. drying very quickly in the heat, not taking into account the fact floodlights dont dry tarmac as well as the sun! :haha:

Well done anyway

I was worried about the rain, hence the slower time. There's always one who has to go that bit slower though isn't there :whistling:

Darn rain :annoyed:

I was told it always rains in Singapore, and the track will dry in no time because it is always hot! :sorrow:

They are on their sighting lap. They now have low cloud to deal with and looks like raining again so delayed again.

Looks like most of us were fooled by the early weather forecast, but not this weeks winner @Mawerick with a time 10.272 seconds away from Charles LeClerc's pole time of 1:49.412! Great job keeping your time slow enough to beat the rest of us (even with a last minute change)!

The rest of the results are below:

================================================================================
In the Accuracy standings, Star still leads thanks to her 2nd place today.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the Points Championship, it's also Star!

Thanks for playing this week! I am late getting Japan up and running (thanks to Hurricane Ian), but it will be up in a short while. Race is This Week (It's Rawe Ceek!!) So get your guess in ASAP!

Your original time was a 1:43! If you had kept that you would be vying for the Accuracy lead right now.

I was so convinced it was going to be dry early in the week.

No, it wasn't. My original guess was something like 1:37.5 or thereabouts. I changed it to 1:43 when it looked like it would rain a bit more, but then changed it again just before deadline.
