Did anyone else watch the race in Marrakech? It was a cool race with safety car at the end, attack mode allows more overtakes.

That was some faux pas by the two BMWs, cruising to an easy 1-2 with a handful of laps to go then taking each other out, one a DNF the other finishing 4th.
The last lap sprint to the finish after the SC came in was fun. I did not bother with live and watched a replay, fast forwarding much of it, watching on double speed.

I'd like to watch the replay but FE in their infinite wisdom has blocked the replay in my country

FE doesn't treat well their fans.

We get it live on our cable TV here, although I watched a replay. (My cable also allows me to download it to my library and watch it when I want.)LaraCroft2016 wrote: ↑5 years agoWhere did you see it?Everso Biggyballies wrote: ↑5 years ago That was some faux pas by the two BMWs, cruising to an easy 1-2 with a handful of laps to go then taking each other out, one a DNF the other finishing 4th.

What a narrow track they chose for the third race of the season, they couldn't overtake just bump like it was NASCAR, was it too rude the penalty to Di Grassi to take him down of the pole position?

I just watched the latest race via highlights. Very, very gimmicky. It's like a video game by Nintendo, next year's regs will be throwing bananas and oil slicks out of the back of the cars.

WTF? You have to go over some part of the track to get a power-up?

I tried watching the Mexico City race last night. I got as far as Piquet jr.'s shunt and switched back over to the Williams doc that was showing on UK BBC2. Absolutely terrible track config. Why the need for the chicane around back of the Peraltada? The cars weren't exactly traveling at high speed at that point as they had dribbled out of the stadium section only a few hundred metres earlier.

Gimmicky or not, it was a great race. Formula E has been brilliant in 2019.
