Bottom post of the previous page:

Well, I was in bed asleep so I missed the Monaco ePrix.

The start also looked like an rFactor race :haha: Only half the cars made it out of Turn 1 with all four wheels pointing the same way, Senna got launched up into the air big time:

According to Motorsport.com, the race was 'enthralling'. According to someone on my Facebook, it was boring. I might have to watch the race, I'm not sure what to believe!

It was okay-ish.

I've taken to recording the races and watching them at x2 speed, they're better that way.

Am I a bad person?

Depends on the track, at Monaco they looked on par with a GP2/F1 car, the only place they looked strange was the hairpin. The Mrs even came in half way through and asked why I was watching with the volume off, she didn't notice it was on 2x speed

At the risk of repeating myself, what was that view classed as, gold , silver or bronze?

Yeah double the price, either they don't expect a lot to attend London, or once again the British are taken for mugs, and sadly, there are far more idiots here that will pay that, than won't. I have some friends who asked if I thought the tickets were good value as they were intending to go and I told them not to waste their money and to stay at home and watch it on TV lol.

224 quid for a F-E ticket? That's atrocious. A little off topic, but with all these empty seats I see at GPs, Indy races, nascar events... I am don't see why race organizers don't reduce ticket costs in order to get more people in the gate. In addition, what collaboration is there between race organizers and travel firms? Seems such an easy solution instead of charging exorbitant fees for tickets that no-one (other than corporates) will buy.

That's the VIP price though. Silver is £56, Bronze is £22. More reasonable , but still considerably more expensive than Berlin.
