You can listen to the ones you've gathered from the in-game menus. I think you can add subtitles in the settings menu as well.

All logs are available on youtube, but I wouldn't listen to them before you finish the game.

I'll be honest, I have a bit of difficulty getting into this game. The scene in the clouds seems a bit odd to me - then again, I realise Rapture's location is also... odd. But the art deco in Bioshock 1 & 2 + the underwater feel really seemed something special.

Maybe I just need to perverse?
