Your Favourite Team Colours/Livery/Designs?
I don't want to talk about the cars here, I want to talk about the Livery. A good Livery should look great on any rival car... these are a few favourites of mine:
I quite miss the Jaguar look from the F1 Grid:
Goes without saying that the JPS Lotus design was just stunning:
I thought the Texaco Eggenberger Sierra's were awesome:
A mention goes to the 80's Brabhams as well, they looked pretty good!

I personally didn't like the Jaguar livery, the green was nice but there was too much white and red that clashed with it quite badly.
JPS was fab, though. There's something about the combination of black and gold that just works...
Few additions.
The standard Martini livery
And by standard I mean the white base. I never liked the version with deep red that was used by Alfa Romeo and at least once by Lancia.
Castrol
At it's best as used in mid-nineties by Toyota in the Celicas in WRC and this Supra in JGTC. The more modern versions with more red and green aren't as as good, though...
There's something about the american racing colours of dark blue with one or two white stripes that is just right...

And of course, I like the livery of the Ecurie Bonnier cars.

Gulf Racing colours almost always look fantastic.
Also, traditional Yamaha racing colours, the red and white or black and yellow block designs.

I really loved the one off "Crocodile" livery on the Audi R8 bought down to Adelaide for the "Race of 1000 Years" New Year 2000.

Kals, an emotional choice rather than it actually being a great livery perhaps?
Ballies, thats hideous when it's moving

No, doesn't matter who is driving. That is just a nice addition. I think I've said many times that I've always like the design, it is simple and nice.DoubleFault wrote:Kals, an emotional choice rather than it actually being a great livery perhaps?
