I think that I found name of this driver. Ronde Leuqouise is held in city of Toul and was held in 1987 before Tuesday, 21 April (date of news report). Through searching of French Death Index I found that only one person died in Toul during weekend of 18-19 April - Jean-Louis Victor Noel Hardy born 24 December 1945, died on 19 April 1987; driver of same name was in my list of "ghost" drivers for long time with only known year of death - 1987 so I believe that this case is solved. But maybe I need to verify this,Sedre wrote: ↑5 years ago Thanks! Some of this crashes as far worse than I imagine.

As this guy says that it's pity that there's no challenge for co-drivers which named after him, I presumed that he was navigator. Maybe it's actually his fatal accident or another fatality which happened before race. Is report says rally title itself?
